Wolfson Children's Hospital
Wolfson Children's Hospital is one
of the nation's top children's hospitals. Founded in 1955, Wolfson
Children's Hospital is an 180-bed regional referral hospital serving
children and is the only children's hospital in Northeast Florida
and Southeast Georgia. In addition to having comprehensive state-of-the-art
clinical facilities, Wolfson Children's Hospital has extensive
partnerships with primary care physicians and pediatric sub-specialists
at leading research and specialty clinics in Jacksonville such
as Nemours Children's Clinic, the University of Florida and Mayo
Clinic Jacksonville.

Nemours
mission is to provide leadership, institutions, and services
to restore and improve the health of children through care
and programs not readily available, with one high standard
of quality and distinction regardless of the recipients financial
status.Employing more than 400 specialty and subspecialty
physicians and surgeons, Nemours cared for 238,000 individual
children during 2005 during 558,000 outpatient visits, 30,056
hospital admissions and 47,513 surgical procedures--making
Nemours one of the nation’s largest group practices for children,
with a history dating back to 1936. This is in addition to
many ongoing research and education programs conducted at
Nemours. |

County Medical Society
The mission of the DCMS is to promote the delivery
of and access to high quality, ethical medical care for the
community, and to serve as an advocate for physician members
and their patients.
The Duval County Medical Society (DCMS)
is the voice of organized medicine in Duval County. We are a
voluntary professional association of nearly 2,000 physicians
dedicated to the health of our community. The DCMS is a non-profit
organization governed by an elected board of directors. We accomplish
our mission with the support of our physician members. The DCMS
is chartered with the Florida Medical
Association, and together with other county, state, and
specialty societies, and the American
Medical Association, we form the Federation of Organized
Medicine. |

The goal of Duval County Public Schools is to provide
