The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program, Inc. is managed by An eighteen member Board of Directors consisting of Physicians, allied health professionals, hospital administrators, school officials and other members of the community interested in the mission of the program.  Each founder of the Program is represented by an appointee.  All other members of the Board are elected by the membership.  Each member of the Board serves a three-year term.  Approximately one-third of the Board is up for election or appointment each year.  The Board of Directors meets three times a year to review the status of the program.  All Members are encouraged to attend.

The day to day operations of the Corporation are managed by Officers serving a three year term.  R. Stephen Lucie serves as President of the Corporation along with Robert Sefcik as Executive Vice-President, Joseph Czerkawski, Jr., M.D., as Vice President, Paul Zawatsky as Secretary and Larry J. Freeman as Treasurer.
